To ensure your appointment can be completed successfully, please make sure that:

All required signers are present.
Each signer has a valid government-issued photo ID.
All documents are ready prior to the appointment.
Documents are not signed in advance, unless specifically instructed to do so.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being rescheduled or may prevent the notarization from being completed.

3. Fees

Service fees are disclosed before your appointment whenever possible.

Additional charges may apply for:

After-hours appointments
Rush or same-day requests
Waiting time

Payment is due as agreed at the time services are provided.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to:

5. Apostille Services

We assist with document preparation and submission for apostille processing.

However:

Processing times are determined by the appropriate government agencies.
Approval of documents is solely at the discretion of those agencies.
We cannot guarantee processing times or acceptance of submitted documents.

6. Notarial Services

California law requires notaries to:

Verify the identity of every signer.
Ensure each signer is signing willingly.
Confirm that each signer understands the document being signed.

We reserve the right to refuse notarization whenever required by California law or when legal requirements are not met.
